TASTING NOTES

Dark ruby red colour, very full flesh on the nose, intense cherry, underlaid with chocolate and nut nougat; creamy texture, juicy and supple, yet well-structured tannins. Ripe and juicy until the long, mild finish.

Good partner for beef: raw, medium or well done. BBQs with grilled vegetables, pasta dishes, risotto with mushrooms.

Also Good partner for Asian dishes like Korean bulgogi or gyozas with soy sauce, ginger and mild-chili.
