TASTING NOTES
Clear, citrine in colour, with a slight release of gas. Young and fruity aroma. The flavour is soft and delicate, fresh and fruity. It is a semi-dry wine to be drunk young.
Can be drunk alone or enjoyed with food. Great for accompanying fish, seafood and light appetisers. Recommended tasting temperature: 6 to 8°C.
