Produced exclusively from grapes of the youngest vineyards on the hillside. Brilliant straw colour, intense and continuous fine-grained bubbles, gentle and fresh with floral scent and harmonious flavour. Having a perfect level of residual sugar, it is a wine with pleasant connotations that is neither too dry nor too sweet. Excellent as an aperitif and recommended for any occasion.
